How does voice work?
Realtime voice is enabled on Growth and Scale. You top up voice minutes separately: $0.15 per minute on default models and $0.30 per minute on premium models.
What does the customer success manager do?
Scale and Enterprise customers get a named contact who guides onboarding, reviews performance and helps you get more from your agents.
Are integrations included?
